Hello, I’m Caitlin, a mother to my beautiful daughter and the heart behind Whole Mumma.

 

I’m a Newcastle-based massage therapist and Astrologist, with a deep love for supporting women and mothers throughout their unique journey.

 

Motherhood has been one of the most beautiful and transformative experiences of my life. It inspired me to create 'Whole Mumma' so women can feel truly seen, held & supported, especially in some of their most sacred seasons, during pregnancy & postpartum.

 

I hold a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy and certifications in Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage through Pregnancy Massage Australia®. I’ve also completed Devotional Massage training with Zoe Butler, which has beautifully shaped how I work with care and presence.

 

Through Whole Mumma, I offer pregnancy, postpartum and relaxation massage, thoughtfully tailored to each person, delivered to their homes within the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie & Maitland surrounds.

 

My connection with astrology began around the age of twenty, although I’ve always been intuitively drawn to understanding people on a deeper level, even as a child.

 

Astrology gave me a language for what I’d always felt intuitively, bringing a sense of understanding and meaning to the unique ways we experience ourselves and the world around us. I have a deep desire to share this knowledge with others, especially to encourage a deeper trust of their own inner self & intuition. 

 

I’m currently continuing my studies through the @flowersfordais Astrology Certification with Daisy Douglas, deepening my knowledge and the ways I can support women in connecting with themselves and honouring their individual expression.

 

For me, massage and astrology are two different modalities of the same intention: to nurture women, honour their individuality and support them in connecting with themselves on a deeper level.

 

At the heart of Whole Mumma is a simple intention: to nurture, honour and support each woman as the unique individual she is, recognising that our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing are all beautifully interconnected.

All of what I do invites women to soften gently back home to themselves, their bodies & their personal power.
